This is from Penny and she’s organising the Xena Con After Party once again at the end of the Final Journey Part 3 Xena Convention. Are you going to con? Want to come to a great party? Well check this out!
In 2010 we started the tradition of having an after party at the end of the annual Xena Con, to say goodbye to our beautiful friends and family.
Every year, we ask for donations at the door to help cover the costs of room hire, which total over $2000. We usually don’t make ends meet, and a few wonderful Xenites chip in a LOT to help cover costs. We are asking for everyone to share this around, so that we can book and pay for the most AMAZING family reunion the Xena world has ever seen.
So what are you contributing to?
– An AWESOME ballroom to party in from 8pm – 1am on Sunday night after the convention has finished.
– An incredibly kick ass amazing cake. JUST WAIT TIL YOU SEE IT!!!! (and you thought the Xena torso cake (pictured) was awsome…)
-A dance floor, cash bar, and speaker hire to blast the best music in melodia to boogie on down to all night.
– A night of amazingness with your beautiful Xenite friends.
– Speeches, and a few other fun surprises.
– Awards presentation of the MVP’s of the 4th Annual Xenite Softball Game (being held Friday morning).
– Memories to last a lifetime. and then another life time. and another life time. and then a karmic reincarnation. and another life time. (thanks Eli!!)
So what do you say… wanna come along? As much or as little as you can donate will be so very appreciated – and I will personally give you a squishy hug at the after party!!

It’s that time of year again when Adrienne holds her Xena & Venice Meet & Greet The Stars!
With the announcement of another final Xena convention, Adrienne is pleased to announce that she will host the final final final (no, we REALLY mean it this time) VENICE/XENA celebrity meet and greet. The party will feature at least 5 guests from VENICE and/or XENA.
The event is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 7-9 pm in Burbank, CA at a location within walking distance from the host hotel for the final official Xena convention. Only 25 10 tickets are available to this event at a cost of $250 per ticket. Proceeds from sales of the tickets will benefit a family struggling with overwhelming medical costs.
Your ticket gives you access to our private party, where you will have the opportunity to mingle (over beer/wine/soft drinks and appetizers) in a casual atmosphere with at least five celebrities (including Adrienne) from VENICE: THE SERIES and/or XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS. You will have the opportunity to talk to, get autographs from, and take pictures with the cast members!
Before purchasing tickets, please read this section carefully. By making a purchase, you are demonstrating that you understand and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

“Circolo Fantasy” Club, with the support of many Italian fans of the TV series Xena Warrior Princess wants to Bring the actors of the TV series in Italy, for the first Xena-themed Convention by Fans for Fans.
First Guest Announced is the Fabulous ADRIENNE WILKINSON!
The convention will be held during the event called “Festa dell’Unicorno” (“Unicorn Festival”), now in its ninth edition, on 27 and 28 July 2013 in Vinci (Florence -Tuscan). THIS IS NOT AN USUAL CONVENTION! All the city of Vinci is transformed and it become a place of Magic Duel, Elf Bridal, Enchanted creatures , Fire Show and much more!
On April 26th you can buy our tickets or make a donation to our crowdfunding project at eppela.com ! If you can’t come, but you want to help us to make the dream true, you can make a small donation and we will send you a gorgeous gadget from our convention to thank you!
Furthermore if we get numerous subscriptions we will announce the second guest and the pass bought will be valid for all the guest we can call to our event!!Not a penny more!
